The Role Stepping into a team known for high-quality, high-stakes work, you will take a leading role on major commercial property transactions. This position is designed for an ambitious Senior Associate looking for genuine career progression, high autonomy, and direct client visibility. Key Responsibilities Advising on high-value acquisitions, disposals, and complex financing structures for commercial property portfolios. Acting on behalf of premier international and domestic clients in large-scale residential and commercial development projects. Drafting, negotiating, and restructuring sophisticated commercial leases and joint venture agreements. Providing strategic, commercial legal counsel to institutional landlords, major corporate tenants, and financial providers. Mentoring junior team members and contributing actively to the firm's innovative business development initiatives. The Ideal Candidate 4 to 7 years' PQE within a well-regarded commercial real estate department (top-tier or mid-tier Irish/UK firm). Broad exposure to commercial property acquisitions, development work, and landlord & tenant law. Strong communication skills with an ability to offer decisive, practical advice under tight timelines.
