Intellectual Property Litigation Solicitor (3-5 PQE) - Top-Tier Firm - Dublin
We are currently working with a major, market-leading firm that is looking for an experienced IP Disputes Solicitor to join their highly respected team.
If you are looking for a step up where you can work on high-stakes, international cases while truly helping to shape a growing practice, this is a fantastic opportunity.
What you will be doing:
You won't just be managing files here, you will be an active player in a collaborative, specialist team. Your day-to-day will involve:
· High-Profile Disputes: Working on complex, multi-jurisdictional IP disputes for massive global brands and household names across tech, life sciences, and consumer goods.
· Strategy & Collaboration: Partnering closely with in-house counsel on global IP strategies and working on business-critical projects.
· Business Growth: Getting involved in international conferences, client development trips abroad, and contributing to the firm's thought leadership.
Requirements:
Our client is keen to hear from genuine, driven lawyers who love the work they do and thrive in a supportive, high-performing environment. Ideally, you will have:
· 3 to 5 years PQE specialising in IP matters.
· Broad IP experience covering trademarks, patents, copyright, designs, and trade secrets.
· Hands-on experience with IP portfolio management, licensing, assignments, and filings (IPO of Ireland and EUIPO).
· A natural way with clients; you are commercial, practical, and committed to delivering great service.
· Leadership potential; you are ready to supervise junior colleagues and help build strong client relationships.
Why this role is different:
This firm is genuinely committed to a diverse, inclusive culture where people enjoy working together. You will get to work alongside some of the best legal minds in the market, but in an environment that values hard work, resilience, and mutual support rather than just clocking hours.
