The Role Sitting within an internationally focused practice group, you will advise a prestigious roster of global financial institutions, arrangers, asset managers, and sovereign/multilateral entities. What will you be doing? Assisting clients with the establishment, execution, and documentation of structured finance, asset securitisations, and debt issuance programs across varied asset classes. Overseeing listing processes for debt securities on major European stock exchanges and managing ongoing program updates. Negotiating master documentation and advising on credit risk transfer instruments for international market participants. Providing strategic legal advice on key European financial market regulations. Candidate Profile Qualified lawyer (NQ up to 4 PQE) with core transactional experience in banking, debt capital markets, or broader corporate finance within a respected law firm. Direct exposure to securitisation or derivatives is advantageous, but strong general transactional finance experience combined with a willingness to specialise is highly valued. A team-oriented, proactive lawyer with excellent client-facing skills and the commercial awareness required to handle multi-jurisdictional matters. What's on Offer?
