This top-tier practice is renowned for advising international asset managers, fund promoters, and global financial institutions on the full lifecycle of investment funds. Key Responsibilities · Drive day-to-day management of sophisticated fund establishment, structuring, and regulatory initiatives. · Advise domestic and international clients on Irish and EU financial services regulations (including UCITS, AIFMD, and sustainable finance regimes). · Manage direct engagements with the Central Bank of Ireland and industry bodies. · Draft, review, and negotiate constitutional documents, offering materials, and transaction agreements. · Supervise, mentor, and develop junior lawyers while collaborating closely with partners on strategic business development and market-leading transactions. About You · At least 4 years' PQE gained within a recognised investment funds, asset management, or financial services regulatory practice. · A strong academic foundation coupled with sharp analytical and drafting skills. · The ability to translate complex regulatory frameworks into practical, business-focused solutions for clients. · Proven capability to manage multiple high-stakes transactions and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment. · Excellent communication skills with a natural aptitude for client management and cross-team collaboration.
