Sitting as a key senior figure within the Corporate group, you will step into an immediate, high-volume flow of sophisticated Irish and cross-border transactions, without the immediate pressure of business development. The work is already on the desk; the team simply requires a competent, trusted senior lawyer to lead and execute. About You Ideally 7+ years PQE in corporate law gained within a major Irish firm, international firm, or the UK market. High technical competency, strong transactional execution skills, and the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
