The Opportunity Taking a lead role on commercial property transactions, including large-scale acquisitions, disposals, and development projects. Drafting and negotiating complex commercial leases and core asset management documentation. Advising on real estate finance aspects and collaborating with corporate and banking teams on structured deals. Mentoring junior associates and helping drive key client relationships. Requirements? 4 to 7 years' PQE focusing on commercial real estate within a established private practice firm. Clear, practical commercial judgment paired with technical drafting skills. The confidence to run transactions independently and act as a trusted point of contact for clients. A collaborative mindset and an interest in taking on a prominent role within a supportive team.
