Construction Associate / Senior Associate (5-7 Years PQE), Dublin (Hybrid) About the Role An opportunity for an experienced Construction Associate (looking to take a step up) or Senior Associate (approx. 4-7 years PQE) to join a leading, international law firm in Dublin. This role offers the opportunity to advise on a broad range of non-contentious construction matters. You will act for employers, contractors, sub-contractors, consultants, and other construction professionals across a variety of major projects in Ireland, the UK, and internationally. Key Responsibilities · Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating standard form and bespoke construction contracts, sub-contracts, professional appointments, guarantees, and collateral warranties. · Advising key industry stakeholders on non-contentious construction legal matters across diverse sectors. · Supporting clients through complex domestic and cross-border infrastructure and construction developments. · Collaborating closely with partners and team members across international offices to deliver seamless legal advice. Candidate Profile · Ideally 4-7 years PQE with strong, dedicated experience in non-contentious construction law. · Demonstrated track record advising employers, contractors, sub-contractors, or consultants across Irish and international markets. · Excellent drafting, communication, and commercial negotiation skills, with a practical, client-focused approach. · Strong academic background and admitted as a solicitor in Ireland (or equivalent jurisdiction).
