Capital Markets (US) Associate

US qualified capital markets Senior Associate/Counsel to join an Elite US law firm in their outstanding team. The strength of this capital markets team is reflected in the incredible work you would be getting involved with, working on some of the highest profile high yield offerings to date. You will work on a mix of high yield and debt capital markets (DCM) transactions, leveraged buyouts and other complex financings working closely with the banking and M&A teams. This role is paying NY rates with a competitive COLA.
