Capital Markets (US) Associate

An Elite US law firm are looking for a US qualified capital markets associate to join their outstanding team as a Senior Associate/Counsel. The strength of this capital markets team is reflected in the incredible work you would be getting involved with, working on some of the highest profile high yield offerings to date. You will work on a mix of high yield and debt capital markets (DCM) transactions, leveraged buyouts and other complex financings working closely with the banking and M&A teams. This role is paying NY rates with a competitive COLA.
