This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious solicitor looking to specialise in a niche and rewarding area of law within a leading firm known for its excellence and client-focused approach. About the Firm: Our client is a Top 50 UK Law Firm with a strong reputation for providing exceptional legal services across a wide range of sectors. They have a well-established Agricultural and Estates team that offers expert advice to landowners, farmers, and rural businesses. Role and Responsibilities: As an NQ Agricultural and Estates Solicitor, you will: - Assist with a broad range of agricultural and estates matters, including sales and purchases of rural properties, agricultural tenancies, renewable energy projects, and estate management. - Provide legal advice and support to clients, ensuring a high standard of client care and service. - Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and leases. - Collaborate with senior solicitors and partners on complex cases and transactions. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations affecting the agricultural sector. Requirements: - Newly Qualified Solicitor with a strong interest in agricultural and estates law. - Excellent academic background and training from a reputable firm. - Strong analytical and research skills, with attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. - Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines. - A commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
