NQ Solicitor - Social Housing A prestigious UK Top 50 law firm are recruiting for an NQ Solicitor for their office based within Sevenoaks. The firm's Social Housing Team, a part of the Property Department, is seeking a dedicated individual to support a variety of legal tasks. The team, renowned for its expertise and recent growth, provides comprehensive legal services to national and regional Registered Providers and local authorities. The role involves managing a caseload of disrepair cases, possession claims, and injunction applications, particularly those involving anti-social behavior. Additionally, the successful candidate will offer legal support for Leasehold Management disputes, contributing to the high-level service provided to Housing Associations and Local Authorities. Candidates should possess previous litigation experience, with any background in working with Housing Associations or Local Authorities being advantageous but not essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent communication skills, discretion, and a positive team-oriented attitude are essential. The role demands a proactive, self-motivated individual with meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills capable of thriving in a dynamic environment.
