Commercial Corporate Solicitor Our client, highly ranked within the Legal 500 and one of the largest law firms in Kent with several offices located within Kent and city London are recruiting for their Maidstone office for a Corporate Commercial Lawyer. As a member of our team, you will collaborate on larger transactional work while also taking the lead on various matters, including: - Share and asset sales and purchases. - EMI share schemes. - Drafting and advising on partnership and LLP agreements. - Drafting and advising on articles of association and shareholders' agreements. - Re-organisations. In addition to the above-mentioned core responsibilities, you will also have the opportunity to advise on commercial and banking work. Therefore, a mixed caseload of corporate and commercial work. Requirements: - Qualified Solicitor within Commercial/Corporate. - 2-5 years PQE.
