Corporate Commercial Solicitor BCL Legal are working with a regional leading law firm renowned for its exceptional reputation and expansive real estate division is currently seeking a qualified Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join its specialist team based in Hertfordshire (Stevenage). This presents an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic individual skilled in Corporate & Commercial law to contribute expertise to the expanding Corporate & Commercial team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering client-focused advice of superior quality and managing a diverse caseload encompassing all facets of corporate & commercial transactions. Key Responsibilities: - Overseeing mergers and acquisitions for private equity and owner-managed businesses. - Handling share structure reorganisation and restructuring. - Dealing with EMIs and EBTs. - Drafting shareholder agreements and managing banking & finance matters. - Managing a broad spectrum of commercial contracts, including those related to the sale of goods and services. - Meeting predefined billing targets set by the firm. - Actively engaging in business development initiatives. Desired Candidate Profile: - Qualified solicitors with a minimum of 4 years PQE. - Essential technical proficiency in corporate & commercial law. - Maintains consistently high standards in work delivery. - Exhibits professionalism, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit within a team. - Displays ambition and seeks a role with substantial growth prospects in a congenial team environment.
