Associate - Residential Development

Solicitor - Residential Development BCL Legal are working with a national law firm who are recruiting for an Associate/Solicitor to join their Residential Development department at their Norwich office. This exciting role will mean you are part of a national team working on large-scale, residential-led projects as well as providing you with an opportunity to continue to develop your skills in a wide range of RE work including development agreements, statutory undertaker documentation, large scale freehold transfers, mixed use schemes set up documentation, affordable housing transactions and residential leases for national and international clients. The role includes development work (excluding construction) with a specific emphasis on large-scale, mix use projects, advising national and international developers in relation to residential sales, affordable housing disposals. There is also an opportunity to become involved in commercial letting work on the mixed use developments. About you - Proven track record in handling property transactions with development experience (ideally). - Strong negotiation and drafting skills. - Ability and drive to grow and develop the department. - Client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
