Due to their continued expansion, the firm are now looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor/Associate for their office in Bishop's Stortford with a good technical background and commercial awareness. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing Commercial Property team who are friendly, energetic, and dynamic and committed to achieving excellence. Their growing reputation means they act for a number of regional house builders in site acquisition, disposals, joint ventures, and infrastructure agreements, as well as for property investors, funders, and trading businesses in their property requirements. - You will at least 2 year's PQE with a general commercial property background. - You must be commercially aware, have good client care skills, an eye for detail and knowledge of document and practice management systems. - You may also have a proven background in developing client relationships, business development and marketing or be keen to develop those skills.
