Senior Associate, Real Estate - Buckinghamshire FULLY-REMOTE CAN BE OFFERED FOR THE RIGHT INDIVIDUAL The Firm & Team Exciting new opportunity for a Senior Associate to join one of the global law firms largest real-estate teams, which has a leading reputation across a wide spectrum of markets. You will be joining a team which forms an essential part of an award winning practice that includes a complete range of real estate services to clients from development, L&T, acquisitions and disposals, structured investments, construction and real estate finance to retail. The Role: The team is looking for a Senior Associate with a broad real estate skill-set with ideally excellent commercial development and infrastructure project experience. You will be: - Working with a project team of junior associates, paralegals, and construction and planning colleagues to deliver nationally significant rail and infrastructure projects for Network Rail. - Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial real estate documents including sale/purchase contracts, development agreements, infrastructure framework agreements, and agreements for lease and option and promotion agreements. - Carrying out asset management and portfolio management type work and providing general landlord/tenant leasing advice. - Dealing with the usual real estate due diligence requirements such as the preparation/review of certificates/ROT. The real estate team to date have been involved in advising major household name retailers including John Lewis, Sainsbury's and Marks and Spencer on the management of their portfolios and much more. About you: A qualified Solicitor of 3-5 years PQE with experience in the following: - commercial development - asset management - landlord and tenant - exposure/assisted on infrastructure projects This opportunity comes with a great package and salary can be negotiated for the right individual.
