Senior Associate - Construction Are you a construction solicitor looking for seniority? BCL Legal are working with a leading national practice for a Solicitor to join their top tier team as a Senior Associate, for their Cambridge office. Predominately, the role is transactional however you will have the opportunity to work on a mixed caseload if you wish. You will have the chance to work on complex and innovative national projects across a range of sectors. The firms diverse client base includes central government departments, world leading universities, life sciences developers and institutional investors. Duties will involve: - Drafting amendments to the standard forms including the JCT and NEC suites - Ongoing project and wider strategic legal advice - Drafting consultant appointments, collateral warranties, parent company guarantees, bonds and other documents - Negotiating key construction terms - Assisting with substantial corporate, real estate and funding transactions Support and assistance will be provided, if needed and you will have the opportunity to work alongside significantly experienced Senior Construction Partners.
