Commercial Property Lawyer (Solicitor/FCILEx) BCL Legal are working with a dynamic and well-established law firm based in Leicester who are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with 2-5 years PQE to join their ambitious Commercial Department. This role offers the chance to provide high-quality advice to clients, support colleagues, and contribute to the ongoing development of the department and the firm. Role Overview: As a Commercial Property Lawyer, you will leverage your technical expertise and experience to deliver exceptional service. Key responsibilities include advising clients on a range of commercial property matters, managing client expectations effectively, and maintaining the strong relationships the firm has built both internally and externally. - Acquisition and disposals of commercial property - Landlord and tenant matters - Refinance - Development acquisitions Key Skills and Attributes: Technical Expertise: Strong background in commercial property law.
