You will manage a diverse caseload, providing expert advice on a wide range of commercial property matters including - Acquisitions and disposals; - Commercial leases; - Property finance; and development projects. Skills & Experience: The ideal candidate will possess the following: - Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales - NQ-1 years PQE. - Demonstrable experience in handling commercial property transactions. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work autonomously and within a team to meet tight deadlines - A client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
