Real Estate Solicitor - Associate

Real Estate Solicitor/Associate NQ-2 years PQE BCL Legal are working with a national law firm who are seeking a solicitor to join their Real Estate team. This position is based in Cambridge and involves working under supervision to support partners and other lawyers with a variety of commercial property matters. Areas of Work Include: - Land acquisitions, including options and conditional contracts - Property investment acquisitions and disposals for both buyers and sellers - Acting for landlords and tenants in the grant of business leases General management work, such as: Surrenders, Asset management licences, Easements, Rent reviews, Property finance. Typical Sectors: Office, Retail, Science and Technology, Hotels Client Base: Their clients include prestigious educational institutions, developers, corporate occupiers with multi-site holdings, property institutional investors, family trusts, private offices, and global investment funds. The Person: Candidates should be NQ to 2 years' PQE or have equivalent experience in real estate (commercial property) from a large regional or city law firm.
