Construction Solicitor/Associate BCL Legal are working with one of the UK's leading national law practices is looking to recruit a construction solicitor from NQ to 5 years PQE to join its nationally-acclaimed team of construction lawyers within their East Midlands office. The Opportunity Their clients are some of the best-known names in the construction and engineering industry and they have an excellent reputation across the UK. The team act for public and private sector employers, contractors, funds, consultants and sub-contractors. You will be: Working a broad range of challenging contentious work across the industry along with an experienced team of contentious construction lawyers on a wide variety of cases, including work in Adjudication and the TCC. Dependant on previous experience you will have the opportunity to manage your own caseload and assist the national team on larger matters. The Candidate Applications are sought from construction solicitors ideally with: · NQ - 5 years PQE (ideally at least six months' minimum experience in construction or projects whether during training contract or post qualification) · and/or have experience of contentious construction work or a mix of contentious and advisory work.
