Commercial Property Solicitor BCL Legal are working with a well-established law firm based in Cambridgeshire is currently seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor with 1-3 years of PQE to join their team. Position Overview: The successful candidate will play a pivotal role within the Commercial Property department, collaborating closely with partners and clients to deliver exceptional legal services. Responsibilities: - Managing a diverse caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects. - Conducting thorough legal research and providing timely, accurate advice to clients on property-related issues. - Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and other legal documents. - Assisting senior colleagues on complex transactions and projects. - Handling refinancing of both residential and commercial property portfolios. - Acting for Banks providing development finance and other secured lending to businesses. - Cultivating strong client relationships and ensuring the delivery of outstanding client service. - Collaborating with colleagues across the firm to provide comprehensive legal solutions. Requirements: - Qualified Solicitor with 1-3 years of PQE in Commercial Property law. - Demonstrated expertise in handling commercial property transactions from start to finish. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues. - Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand and address clients' business objectives. - Proactive, detail-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. - Capacity to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. - Membership of relevant professional bodies and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
