Corporate Associate - M&A | Rochester or Buffalo, NY (Hybrid) A well-established regional law firm with a strong reputation for high-quality corporate work is seeking a mid-level associate to join its corporate group. The position is based in either Rochester or Buffalo, with a hybrid schedule of approximately 50% in-office time and flexibility around how that's structured. Qualifications: 3-7 years of corporate experience, ideally with significant exposure to M&A and/or commercial contracts Will consider more junior attorneys with at least one year of law firm experience Admission to practice in New York or eligibility for admission Compensation: Lockstep compensation structure ranging from $118,000 to $140,000, with flexibility at the counsel level based on billable rate and experience The firm is currently early in its hiring process and is reviewing resumes now.
