Corporate & Securities Associate - Mid to Senior Level A top national law firm is seeking a mid to senior-level Corporate & Securities Associate to join its thriving Corporate group. The Role You'll advise public and private companies on a wide range of capital markets matters, including: * Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) * Secondary offerings * Private placements * Bond issuances * Securitizations Leanly staffed deal teams mean that associates gain hands-on experience early and enjoy significant partner and client exposure. Typically three days in-office, varying by group What We're Looking For * 4-7 years of Corporate & Securities experience, ideally at a peer firm * Strong academic credentials, research, writing, and communication skills * Admission to practice (or ability to become admitted) in the relevant state Compensation & Benefits * Base salary range: $275,000 - $355,000, plus a market-leading bonus system: * Productivity bonuses kick in at 1,950 hours (with 150 creditable hours) * Bonuses increase with every additional 50 hours billed * Merit-based and business-generation bonuses ranging from $10,000 to $200,000+
