This role is ideal for attorneys with 3-6 years of experience in capital markets and public securities, with strong analytical and drafting skills, excellent academic credentials, and prior experience at a national or international law firm. You will have responsibility for managing workflow on sophisticated offerings, advising clients on governance and reporting matters, and developing meaningful client relationships.
