The role: You can expect to join a respected in-house legal team, working alongside experienced, high-calibre lawyers. You'll gain exposure to a broad scope of interesting work, including M&A and general corporate advisory, as well as supporting stakeholders across various corporate functions. This is hands-on role and the business has a rich pipeline of M&A deals for you to get stuck into from day one. This role would suit a Corporate Lawyer who has trained and qualified in a respected law firm (ideally with secondment experience), or an in-house corporate lawyer with strong training and exposure to a broad range of corporate matters.
