You will keep complex financing structures moving, drafting and negotiating the legal frameworks that allow assets to be funded, securitised, and transferred to capital markets investors. You'll work closely with partners on deal work, whilst they lead the group, you own the deals you work on. Deal pace at this level is real, but exposure to every kind of asset class & structured product, and cross-border exposure make the development on offer unmatched. What You'll Do Draft and negotiate the core transaction document suite, indentures, sale agreements, credit agreements, and servicing agreements, across all asset types and structures Advise issuers, sponsors, lenders, and investors on their respective positions across securitisation and lending transactions Structure deals independently, identifying and resolving legal issues before they reach the partner Manage deal timelines, coordinate across tax, regulatory, and insolvency counsel, and drive transactions to close Build direct client relationships, this is a practice where that access comes early What You'll Need J.D, and active admission in the jurisdiction you're applying to 2-6 years of Finance experience (any Finance specialism is welcome to apply) with an AmLaw ranked firm Strong desire to reach partner and an inquisitive nature if translating from another specialism About the Firm A transatlantic law firm with over 1,400 lawyers across 20 offices in the major commercial centres of the US, UK, and Europe.
