In-house Paralegal

Commercial Paralegal - Well known retailer, Lancashire A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a retailer who is currently enjoying high growth rates unlike many in the sector. Due to growth we're looking for a commercial paralegal with a good knowledge basic contracts who can also support the existing team of 6. Reporting to the Head of Legal you will: - Triage legal work from the business and allocate to the team as appropriate; - Draft and amend a variety of agreements including manufacturing and IT contracts and licenses; - Management of the contract database; and - Support across commercial, corporate, data protection and company secretarial matters. You: - 2 years experience as a commercial paralegal either in-house or in private practice; - Legal qualification a advantage - Confident reviewing contracts In return there is excellent scope for development including qualification as a solicitor in time, as well as a great suite of benefits.
