In-house Legal Counsel

Legal Counsel - In-House Opportunity Location: Liverpool (office-based) Are you a recently qualified solicitor or a junior lawyer looking to make your first move in-house? This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and dynamic organisation operating in financial services. You'll be joining a small, collaborative legal team that plays a key role in supporting the business across a wide range of legal, regulatory, and commercial matters. Working closely with the Head of Legal, you'll gain hands-on experience and exposure to stakeholders across the business, helping to deliver pragmatic, business-focused legal advice. The Role: You'll advise on a variety of legal issues, including: - Commercial contracts and supplier agreements; - Corporate and governance matters; - Financial regulatory and pensions law issues; and - Risk, compliance, and company secretarial activities. About You: We're looking for a qualified solicitor (NQ - 4 years PQE) with experience in one or more of the following areas: commercial, corporate, financial regulatory, or pensions law. Why Apply?
