Housing Management & Property Litigation Solicitor - 1-5 PQE - Birmingham BCL Legal is delighted to be assisting a national law firm with a tier 1 housing team in its recruitment of a Housing/Property Litigation Solicitor to its growing Birmingham team. This Housing/Property Litigation Solicitor opportunity is offered on a full or part-time (4 days a week), permanent basis with flexible and agile working options accommodated. Excellent salary commensurate with experience. The Role As a Housing/Property Litigation Solicitor in this team, you would: - Have the opportunity to join a leading national team that provides advice to social landlords on a range of housing issues including: · Injunctions · possession claims · disrepair · service charge disputes · cases before the FTT · non-contentious matters such as policy advice The team also increasingly acts for a number of private developers and investment funds.
