This is a fantastic opportunity to work on multi-million-pound commercial litigation claims for insolvency practitioners and other claimants who need assistance with funding their litigation. The Role In this in-house position, you'll manage a varied caseload of high-value commercial litigation matters, including: · Breach of contract · Professional negligence · Construction disputes · Financial disputes (including crypto claims) · Insolvency-related cases This is an exciting opportunity to take on significant responsibility and manage your own cases, with the added option of conducting advocacy if desired. You will be supported by experienced litigators who will provide mentorship and guidance as you navigate complex matters. In contrast to the billable hour targets typical in private practice, the focus here is on delivering exceptional results and driving cases forward, giving you more autonomy and the opportunity to make a real impact in a growing business. What We're Looking For We're seeking a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of their work. You should have experience in commercial, insolvency, banking, or competition litigation and a strong drive to make an impact.
