The Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Private Client Partner, or an ambitious senior lawyer ready to take the next step, to play a leading role within an established Wills, Trusts & Tax team. You will advise a sophisticated client base of high-net-worth individuals and families on complex, high-value and often bespoke matters. Alongside maintaining and developing your own client relationships, you will have an important role in mentoring junior colleagues, strengthening referrer networks and contributing to the strategic growth of the Shrewsbury office. Key Responsibilities You will provide expert advice across a broad range of private client matters, including: · Wills and succession planning for high-net-worth individuals and families · Inheritance tax and capital gains tax planning · Trust creation, structuring and ongoing administration · Complex and high-value estate administration · Asset protection and wealth preservation strategies In addition, you will: · Manage and develop a portfolio of high-value private client relationships · Supervise, mentor and support junior members of the team · Build and strengthen relationships with existing clients and professional referrers · Identify and pursue business development opportunities · Play an active role in the continued growth and strategic development of the Shrewsbury office What We're Looking For We are seeking a technically excellent and commercially minded private client lawyer who is currently operating at Partner level or has the experience and ambition to make the step up.
