About the Role: You will be a key member of a well-established Private Client team, advising a diverse client base including high-net-worth individuals, families, and executors. Your caseload will cover a broad range of private client matters, including: Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney Advising on Probate and Estate Administration, including complex and taxable estates Trust administration and succession planning Inheritance Tax mitigation and estate planning advice Court of Protection matters This position offers significant client contact and responsibility, alongside excellent opportunities for career progression and the chance to develop your practice within a collaborative team.
