This non-fee earning, strategic role sits within the firm's Client Delivery function, supporting their nationally recognised Real Estate practice. You will play a key role in supporting the team's growth and development, focusing on thought leadership, market insight, and the creation of high-quality knowledge resources. The Team You will be joining a well-established and respected Real Estate team with a strong presence across the UK. Known for their commercially focused, pragmatic approach, the team advises a diverse range of clients, including developers, landowners, corporates, and public sector bodies. The team operates across multiple offices, offering a supportive and inclusive environment with a focus on internal development and long-term career progression. The Person We are looking for a UK-qualified lawyer with strong technical knowledge of Real Estate law and around 7+ years' experience, ideally gained within private practice. The following attributes will be key to success in this role: -Strong technical knowledge of Real Estate law, including current market trends and developments. -Ability to communicate complex legal matters in a clear, practical manner. -A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to manage projects effectively. -Interest in transitioning into a more strategic, knowledge-focused role. -Previous PSL or knowledge experience is advantageous, but not essential.
