Corporate Solicitor (NQ-3 PQE) | Chester We are working on an excellent opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor (NQ-3 PQE) to join a well-regarded and expanding corporate team based in Chester. About the Role: This opportunity sits within a growing regional practice advising a broad range of owner-managed businesses, SMEs and corporate clients across a varied and high-quality client base. Due to continued expansion, the team is looking to appoint a junior corporate lawyer to support an increasing pipeline of transactional and advisory work. The successful candidate will join a supportive and collaborative environment, working closely with two highly experienced Corporate Partners and benefiting from strong supervision, early responsibility and clear progression prospects. The role offers exposure to a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, joint ventures, shareholder agreements and general corporate advisory work. You will also have the opportunity to work directly with clients and play an active role in business development as your experience develops.
