NQ Solicitor - Property | Chester High-Quality Property Work | Rural Estate Transactions | Supportive Team We are working with a well-regarded law firm in Chester that is looking to appoint an ambitious NQ Property Solicitor to join its specialist property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor to gain exposure to high-value and complex property transactions, working closely with an experienced Partner and junior members of the team on a significant and confidential rural estate portfolio. The role offers the opportunity to develop your technical expertise and take responsibility for matters from instruction through to completion, with transaction values regularly exceeding £1 million. The Opportunity You will: · Assist with and manage property transactions from instruction through to completion · Prepare and review contract documentation and supporting paperwork · Undertake title investigations and report on title and transaction information · Deal with Land Registry applications and registrations · Liaise with clients, solicitors, agents and other third parties to progress transactions efficiently · Develop your knowledge across a broad range of property and conveyancing matters · Work closely with an experienced Partner and benefit from hands-on training and support · Take increasing responsibility for your own caseload as your experience develops About You The ideal candidate will be a newly qualified Solicitor with experience in Property, gained through a training contract or previous paralegal experience.
