Property/ Conveyancing Paralegal | Chester An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Property Paralegal to join a well-regarded law firm in Chester, working as part of a small, specialist property team on a high-profile and confidential portfolio. This is a rare chance to become involved in high-value property transactions, supporting the disposal of a significant rural estate portfolio. The role offers exposure to complex, high-quality work, with transaction values regularly exceeding £1 million. Working closely with an experienced Partner and a junior solicitor, you'll play a key role in managing the transactional process from instruction through to completion. Responsibilities will include: · Preparing and issuing contract documentation. · Collating title and transaction information. · Managing Land Registry applications and registrations. · Liaising with third parties to progress matters efficiently. · Providing comprehensive support throughout the conveyancing process. This opportunity would suit an experienced Property Paralegal with a strong grounding in residential conveyancing or commercial real estate. You'll have a solid understanding of the conveyancing process, excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. Candidates from quality-focused property teams will be particularly well suited to this role. The position is based in Chester and, due to the confidential nature of the work, will be office-based during the initial probationary period. A hybrid working arrangement will be considered thereafter.
