Property Litigation Lawyer

Our client, a highly renowned West End firm, seeks a Property Litigation Lawyer on a six month fixed term contract basis. The successful candidate will join a market leading team who advise in relation to commercial, residential and mixed use schemes and development disputes. The team deal with all landlord and tenant issues including rent arrears, forfeiture, lease renewals, dilapidations claims, and service charge disputes. They also have experience in rent review, insolvency, real estate disputes and property related professional negligence claims. Applications are sought from immediately available, experienced (5+ PQE) Property Litigation lawyers who have prior experience of working within a leading City law firm.
