Housing Disrepair Solicitor/Fee Earner - Bolton - Head of Department We're working with an established Consumer Law firm based in Lancashire. Due to continued expansion, they are seeking an experienced Housing Disrepair Solicitor/Fee Earner to head their growing Housing Disrepair department. You will be joining a well regarded firm who can offer good quality work and excellent progression opportunities. Role: - Manage a team of Housing Disrepair Solicitors and Paralegals - Handle a small caseload of litigated and pre-litigated HDR files Requirements: - The firm are seeking an experienced Housing Disrepair Solicitor/Fee earner with management/supervisory experience - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Outstanding client care skills and an understanding of the requirement to meet internal/ external client demands - Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage high volumes of work to ensure excellent service delivery in a calm and professional manner Benefits: - Competitive salary+bonus' - Hybrid working (1-2 days office per week) BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
