EL/PL Solicitor

EL/PL Fee Earner We're working with a successful and growing South Manchester based law firm who are seeking an experienced EL/PL Solicitor, Fee Earner or Legal Executive to join their team. You'll join a growing team of Solicitors/Litigators in their thriving Personal Injury department. The Role: - To handle a varied caseload of claimant EL/PL claims - Dealing with matters from pre-litigation through to trial - The caseload with predominantly consist of fast track matters Requirements: - Experienced Fee Earner, Legal Executive or Solicitor. - Experience dealing with litigated EL/PL matters - Ability to communicate effectively with clients by telephone or written communication - Strong knowledge of the Pre Action Protocol, the Court Procedure Rules (CPR) and Practice Directions as well as awareness of the Fatal Accidents Act, other statutes and changes in the law - Experience using a Case Management System On offer - Opportunity to join a supportive and progressive team - Hybrid working - Salary up to £40,000+bonus' BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
