Housing Disrepair - Part 8 Fee Earner Location: Liverpool | Hybrid Working Available Are you a confident and experienced fee earner with a background in housing disrepair litigation? We're currently working with a well-established and expanding law firm based in Liverpool, which is seeking to grow its specialist Part 8 housing breach team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive, highly focused legal team handling Part 8 housing litigation claims, with full training and structured progression available. The Role: - Manage your own caseload of Part 8 housing disrepair/breach claims, working under supervision - Draft court documents, including claim forms and witness statements - Liaise with clients, experts, landlords, and court representatives - Work in a busy but supportive environment with a clear structure for file progression - Use in-house systems and case management software efficiently About You: - Experience handling or assisting on Part 8 or housing disrepair claims - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Comfortable working with volume caseloads and to deadlines - A proactive team player with a keen eye for detail - Paralegal or fee earner background in litigation (housing experience highly preferred) What's On Offer: - Competitive salary based on experience - Clear progression pathway into senior fee earner or team leader roles - Friendly, supportive work environment - Hybrid working arrangements available - Central Liverpool office location with modern facilities BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
