Employment Associate - 6 Month FTC (Top US Law Firm)

Contract: 6 Month Fixed Term Contract
We've been instructed by a prestigious US law firm who are looking to recruit an Employment Associate for a 6-month fixed-term contract within their highly regarded London office.
This is a rare opportunity to join a small but dynamic Employment team at a leading international law firm known for its collaborative culture, high-quality work, and commitment to client service. The role offers excellent exposure to a broad mix of employment matters, both contentious and non-contentious, supporting an impressive client base that includes multinational corporations, financial institutions, and high-net-worth individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising employers on day-to-day HR and employment law matters, including contracts, policies, and disciplinary/grievance procedures.
- Handling contentious employment issues such as Employment Tribunal claims and High Court litigation.
- Supporting on corporate transactions, including TUPE and redundancy consultations.
- Working closely with senior partners and clients to provide strategic employment advice in high-stakes matters.
Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor with 3+ years' PQE gained at a recognised City or international firm.
- Strong employment law experience across both contentious and non-contentious matters.
- Ability to work independently and confidently in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediately available or available at short notice.
