The Role - Lead and manage a team of housing disrepair fee earners and support staff. - Supervise caseloads, offering technical guidance and ensuring compliance with procedures and regulations. - Monitor KPIs and performance targets, identifying training needs and development opportunities. - Oversee quality control and risk management within the department. - Handle a reduced personal caseload of complex matters. - Support business development initiatives and contribute to departmental growth strategies.
