Key Responsibilities: - Manage and handle a varied caseload of clinical negligence matters, from initial client contact through to settlement or trial. - Work alongside experienced lawyers and gain exposure to complex, high-value cases involving medical malpractice, negligence claims, and patient rights. - Develop your legal skills in a supportive, collaborative environment with structured training and guidance. - Client interaction, providing compassionate advice and advocacy to those affected by medical errors. - Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and legal research for complex litigation. Requirements: - NQ+, all levels considered. - Clinical Negligence Solicitor with a strong academic background. - Previous clinical negligence experience during your training contract or post-qualification (this could be in a seat or as part of your role). - A keen interest in developing your career in clinical negligence law. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues. - Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward learning and development.
