The role: You'll be responsible for managing a busy caseload of housing disrepair matters, acting for tenants and ensuring their rights are upheld while necessary repairs are pursued. Day-to-day, this will include: - Running a varied caseload of both pre-litigated and litigated files - Drafting clear and accurate legal documents and correspondence - Supporting clients with empathy, often in sensitive situations - Working closely with colleagues to progress matters efficiently About you: - A qualified solicitor (or equivalent) with solid experience in housing disrepair - Confident managing litigated cases through to conclusion - Well organised, proactive and comfortable working independently within a team setting - Committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for clients What's on offer: You'll be joining a firm that genuinely invests in its people and offers clear progression opportunities.
