Family Solicitor £40,000 - £90,000 DOE + Bonus & Benefits Flexible Hybrid Working | Birmingham An award-winning national law firm with an excellent reputation for its Family Law offering is continuing to expand and is now looking to recruit a Family Solicitor to join their Birmingham office. The firm is known for handling high-quality private family work, investing heavily in its people, and offering a genuinely flexible and supportive working environment. This opportunity would suit Family Solicitors at varying levels of experience, from recently qualified through to Senior Associate level. The Role You will join a well-established and collaborative Family Law team, managing a diverse caseload of privately funded family matters, including: Divorce and separation Financial remedy and ancillary relief Private children matters Cohhabitation disputes and relationship breakdown Domestic abuse matters and injunctive relief (where relevant) Pre- and post-nuptial agreements The firm prides itself on tailoring roles to individual strengths and interests, with opportunities to develop specialist expertise and take on more complex or high-value work as your career progresses.
