A leading UK law firm is looking to expand its Employment, Immigration & Reward team with senior-level Employment Lawyers (6+ PQE) to join its highly regarded flexible resourcing offering. This is a genuinely different model to traditional private practice, combining high-quality work with significant autonomy over how, when and where you work. The role sits across two strands of the practice: * Interim in-house client secondments (often 3-4 days per week, sometimes hybrid/remote) * A fixed-fee employment support service providing day-to-day HR advice, tribunal support and project work Lawyers can move between both, or focus more heavily on one depending on preference. The structure is designed to be flexible by default, with no billing targets, no BD expectations, and no requirement for time recording in the traditional sense. You'll be working with well-known, often multinational clients across sectors including tech, media, retail and financial services, alongside a collaborative and highly regarded employment team. The firm is known for its supportive culture, strong development focus, and a genuinely people-first approach - particularly for senior lawyers looking to reshape how they practise. If you're a senior employment lawyer (6+ PQE) open to a more flexible, modern way of working, I'd be happy to share more confidentially. BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
