Medical Negligence Solicitor | Grade A | Leeds A leading claimant litigation practice is looking to appoint an experienced Medical Negligence Solicitor to join its established Leeds team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex, high-value clinical negligence matters, including cases involving life-changing injuries. The team has an outstanding reputation in the market and is recognised for delivering exceptional outcomes for clients and their families. The Role You will manage your own caseload of medical negligence matters from inception through to resolution, while working closely with highly experienced specialists in the field. The role will involve: - Handling complex and high-value clinical negligence claims - Advising clients and their families through sensitive and often challenging circumstances - Instructing experts and counsel - Preparing witness statements, pleadings and other key documentation - Managing litigation proceedings and ADR processes - Attending hearings where required - Supporting and mentoring junior team members - Contributing to business development and profile-raising activities About You The successful candidate will have: - 8+ years' PQE in claimant medical negligence work - A strong track record handling complex clinical negligence claims - Excellent technical and litigation skills - Outstanding client care and communication abilities - Strong commercial awareness and business development skills - The ability to supervise and support junior lawyers and support staff The Opportunity This role offers the chance to join a highly respected specialist team undertaking some of the most significant and rewarding work in the market.
