Housing Disrepair Case Handler - Manchester £35,000 - £45,000 DOE | Hybrid I'm currently working with an established law firm in Manchester that is looking to add experienced Housing Disrepair Case Handlers to its growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a solid Fast Track Litigation background who is looking to develop their experience within Housing Disrepair. The role will involve managing your own caseload of Housing Disrepair claims, from initial instruction through to resolution, including legal research, drafting, client contact, negotiation and settlement. The role: £35,000 - £45,000 basic, dependent on experience Monday-Thursday 9am-5.30pm, Friday 9am-2pm Hybrid working available - 4 days in the office during the 3-month probation, reducing to 3 days thereafter 25 days' annual leave + bank holidays Established and growing team Strong focus on client service and quality of work The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience handling Fast Track Litigation - essential Housing Disrepair experience - advantageous Experience managing a caseload from instruction through to settlement Strong drafting, research and negotiation skills Excellent client communication skills The ability to work independently while being part of a wider team If you're currently working within Fast Track Litigation and would be interested in moving into Housing Disrepair, I'd be keen to have a confidential conversation.
