In House Counsel

Corporate / Commercial Counsel - Dallas, TX I'm currently representing a leading global professional services and financial services business with a significant presence across the US, which is looking to strengthen its in-house legal capability in Dallas. The opportunity would suit a Corporate / Commercial Counsel with experience advising a sophisticated business on a broad range of commercial and corporate matters. The role is likely to have exposure to: Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements Advising internal stakeholders across the business on day-to-day legal and commercial matters Corporate governance and general corporate matters Supporting strategic transactions, partnerships and business initiatives Managing legal and regulatory risk and providing practical, commercially focused advice Working closely with senior business stakeholders and external counsel where required The ideal profile would be a Texas-admitted attorney with strong corporate and/or commercial experience gained in-house or within a leading law firm. The business would be open to considering different levels of experience depending on the individual's background. This would be a good opportunity for someone looking to move into a broad, commercially focused in-house role with exposure to a sophisticated international business and senior stakeholders.
